The cornerstone of ISSF's investment strategy lies in its partnerships with leading local, regional, and international venture capital funds, with a dedicated investment allocation to Jordanian startups. This approach enables ISSF to mobilize private capital into Jordan, while leveraging the expertise, access and follow-on financing capabilities of experienced, value-adding fund managers.
The ISSF’s investment capital is designed to catalyze private risk capital but not replace it or compete with it. Our intervention complements private investor participation, helping de-risk investments and bridge financing gaps, while reinforcing independent market validation and commercial discipline.
